Replacement Policy

Returns and Replacements

Shout Softly Shirts uses a print on demand provider to create our products. 

This means that

your order is only produced when you place your order. 

The order is sent to production

within 2-4 hours automatically after the order has been placed.

This means that returns or exchanges are NOT supported if you have accidentally ordered

the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind.

Please make sure to check with the size chart on the product description box and measure it

against a shirt that you currently own to make sure the chosen size matches up with the

sizing you are familiar with.

In the event there is a production or manufacturing error we will quickly replace the item

with a new product. In order to return for a replacement please send us a email to

team@shoutsoftlyshirts.com and include the following information.

Please include the reason for your replacement request including a screenshot of the

damaged or error on the product. We will contact you to verify the actions required for

replacement. We will require that the product be returned to us, in the original condition

when received, in the original packaging, within 15 days of receiving the product to process

a replacement.

We will reimburse you for the shipping, back to your original payment method used when

ordering.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter. We hope that you are able to double

check the size and color options sufficiently to order the correct product to alleviate any

confusion or dissatisfaction with our products.
